Not finished treatment yet, but have enjoyed my experience thus far with both Dr. Pocock and all the staff that has worked with me thus far. Progress is positive and I’m happy I chose this office to do my orthodontic work at.

Thank you for helping me get better teeth and have nicer looking teeth! I am very grateful to be able to get my teeth cleaned and organized and also make it look nicer with Dr.Paul Pocock and his associates. Thank you very much! Before I came here I was really scared about braces and any other treatment, now I am super excited to put on my colourful braces and the other treatment. It also was really fun trying out the contest and the tasks! Also at first I was very scared that putting the treatment on would be painful, but now I have putted on the first part of the treatment and it only inched a little bit. I am very surprised! At last to end this paragraph I want to say a big thank you for all of your support and that I am looking forward to seeing you Dr.Paul Pocock and your associates.

Great clinic! Staff are friendly and good with children. Communication is clear and efficient.
Office is clean and tidy and safety precautions are in place. They have a reward program for kids to collect points and choose prizes which is very fun and motivating.
The waiting room is excellent! With loads of brand new touch screen games for all ages, from toddlers to adults! It’s fun to wait :)
We relocated from the U.S. to North Vancouver with a child 50% of the way through early orthodontia. Dr. Pocock picked up right where our old orthodontist left off even though the bracket system was not the exact one he used. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and flexible in an otherwise stressful time of moving. He made this part of our lives really easy and we are grateful.
The environment is great, people are super nice and very professional.
The people here are really nice. I have never had Invisaligns before, and so far, it has been going very well.
This is my second round of braces with Dr.Pocock and his excellent team! Once as a teenager and now as an adult, and the staff is still just as kind and friendly as they were my first time around. Thank you for always making this experience great for everyone who enters the office!
