We are relatively new to Dr. Pococks office, but have had a great experience thus far. The thing I am most impressed with as he helps my little 4 year old girl is his attentiveness to her. Each visit he looks her in the eyes, smiles and asks her how she's doing. This is important to me. When he acknowledges her then it helps her to feel welcomed and cared for.
